  • Ensure you have all necessary rights for your uploaded content.
  • Glide Sound Intellectual Property:
  • All content, features, and functionality on glidesound.com (excluding your content) belong to Glide Sound.
  • This includes trademarks, logos, software, and design.
  • Do not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from Glide Sound's IP without our express written consent.

Limits on Liability

  • We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding reliability, availability, or fitness for purpose.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure service.
  • Disclaimer of Damages:
  • Glide Sound, its affiliates, or licensors are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
  • This includes lost profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
  • This applies even if Glide Sound was aware of such possibilities.
  • Maximum Liability:
  • Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid to Glide Sound, if any, in the past twelve months.

Ending Your Access
